I’m Playing The New Minecraft Today!

Hi, I am Dean and I have plans to make another book!! I’m bringing you all here today to let you know that I’m going to be playing Minecraft with my dad and his friend and my friend for research and, if you are reading this, the book is hopefully going to be long but also it might be super short. Which is pretty bad because every book should be long but I just might not be good enough to make it so.

This is an exciting day because there is a new version of Minecraft. It is now version 1.17 and I think it will be interesting. It looks like it will be a much harder but also super good version of the game. Like I’ve seen some new items in this version and also new things to mine and harvest. There are new ores, there is new item crafting stuff and, most exciting, this version adds not only items but a new cave with gems, glowberries, and a lot of stuff to explore.

There are new mobs, or monsters in not-gamer speak, like the warden that cannot see anything because it’s blind. There are also goats, which you can find at the savannah mountains, and which will charge you if you make them angry. Or so I hear. And, last but not least, the Mojang team added a super cute mob, the axolotl. If you don’t know what that is you should google it. I spent all morning watch videos of one eat and play.

This updated version is massive and it basically makes Minecraft into a totally new game. The ores in the game, like gold, iron, coal and all of those kinds of ores or maybe more now have updated textures.

Congratulations Mojang. This game is probably the best and most creative game I’ve ever played. I am going to love writing a book about it especially when even more of Minecraft is updated in the future.
